So very tired, and it's raining so I'm sore and slow. Of course the doc appointment has to be for 8:45am on a day like this lol. I'm here anyway, man I want to sleep.

I think an afternoon rest must be had, took over two hours to get out of the doc and had blood work, then went straight into phone calls. Nap needed, please send cookies.

Given I went to bed fairly early for me I thought for sure I could offset the shopping day exhaustion, I should have known better. Just gotta push through, or nap in this waiting room chair. Options.

Something I'm never going to understand is why it's so hard for people to live and let live. My personal policy has always been to treat people with a baseline of respect and to vary that based on their actions—judging personality and individual attributes, not differences.

I should have known those lofty aspirations I had for today were not gonna happen. Pushed myself to much after surgery yesterday and am paying for it today with the amount of sleep I had. Maybe tomorrow.

Surgery went well, bit more in depth than originally thought and was there longer, but was able to hangout like I wanted. :3

Trying to get my chores done today, at least when it comes to the basic list all of that is finished...now on to the harder stuff.

Pre-surgical phone calls always seem to take forever, but at least it's done. Ended up napping a lot today, so hopefully, energized for Friday night gaming. :3

I'm too old to deal with people who can't even attempt communication, honestly. Too much life wasted trying to one-sidedly fix things to keep doin it.

Somewhere inside is the old me who thrived on creating art, no matter how small or blah, from childhood to adulthood. Often I still remember how much I loved to draw and write...but I just can't seem to get back to that constant I once had.

I swear if this is another incident of "We'll be there between 9am-5pm...unless we just decide not to show up at all and make you waste the day" imma blow up.
