I used GenAI to create an Excel file of the names, addresses, URLs etc. of all 74 coroners in E&W. I used it to build worksheets, & write code, to collate inquest details. Marvellous, I thought. Then it hallucinated inquests into the deaths of people who never existed, with names & dates.
