UPDATE: Lo has also now been charged with 31 counts of attempted murder. The VPD say the BC Prosecution Service has charged Lo in relation to the surviving victims of the attack.

Lapu Lapu car attack suspect Kai Ji Adam Lo has been found fit to stand trial. He’s charged with 11 counts of second degree murder in a car attack that left 11 people dead and dozens of others hurt in South Vancouver.
