This was a tape I always recall seeing in the Video Store and in Trailers but it wasnt until maybe ten years ago that the OG.... Dale Lloyd (Viva VHS) screened it at QUAD - Derby that I got to see it with Vincent Watts. Was worth the wait!

Wallaby’s gone retro! A massive thanks to @80svideoshop.bsky.social for producing a limited run of Secrets of a Wallaby Boy on VHS. It’s available now from their shop in Alfreton, Derbyshire. (And if you don't have a VHS player, don't panic, you can still stream the movie on Tubi and Prime Video!)

The original was a Video Shop essential in the 80s.... the 1996 sequel perhaps not so much. It may not have featured Van Damme but did gift us Pat Morita. I can see the Art Meeting now.... "Okay Van Damme isn't in it but make it look as much like him as possible on the cover!" 👊
