Downloading my content from Facebook. It’s roughly 39 gigs uploaded over the past 16 years. The betrayal I feel from a platform I trusted is beyond what I can put into words.

As a trans woman the stark contrast between my life under male privilege vs without it is shocking. Professional spaces I once held expertise over are spaces I now fight to maintain my affiliation.

Mildly furious to find this out. While all the addition of anti-harassment tooling and trust and safety feels all warm and fuzzy I’m really terrified that all of our social media is being bought up by crypto bros. Buying all the megaphones is feeling really dystopian.
