We're dog-sitting a coon hound, along with our basset hounds, & they have alerted me to every passing dog walker & squirrel today. It would be an understatement to say 3 hounds are loud. These are NOT apartment dogs, these are we need a sound buffer dogs. Love them dearly, but they're so loud!

They're all 'free speech' until someone exercises it & disagrees with them. Team USA has walked a very fine line at the Olympics & so far has done a lot to make America proud.

One thing I am enjoying about the Olympics is how they've added a team element to individual sports, & the athletes really seem to enjoy it too.

Why do the WKC judges always pick a fawn Great Dane? Look it's gorgeous, but a blue, brindle or harlequin would make it stand out. My first two dogs were Danes & I hope to have one more in my life. Love my short queens, but I miss a Dane.

As beautiful as the Afghan hound is, I side eye the fact the judge is an Afghan hound breeder. The dachshund, Pharaoh & Ibizan hound were just as stunning. Justice for SH dogs.
