Putting aside that @boston.gov committed to fleet electrification in 2019, some facts: City gets $7,500 tax credit* per EV here. On top of $10K fuel/maintenance savings over the lifespan. The EVs replaced old/unusable gas cars with mostly comparable cost, eg Chevy Tahoe $56K+ sticker price today.
