i feel like most modern writing is either way too ironic and insincere or far too melodramatic and preachy with not enough inbetween

imo one of the most underrated part of video game graphics is the readability and expression/weight in the animations. A lot of games with very antiquated visuals can still hold up remarkably well if the animators are experienced
