Busy couple of days ahead. Have x-rays & orthopaedic surgeon appointment tomorrow morning. Then have to drive down to Wellington in the afternoon so I can see the eye specialist on Wednesday morning, then drive home in the afternoon. Have to set up care & food for Murray & groceries tomorrow as well

Excitedly but apprehensively looking forward to Saturday. We are going to Palmy to meet up with family we havenāt seen (in person) for 6 years. Granddaughter is competing & family are coming down to support. We used to be so close but Murrayās disability has shrunk our world & theyāve been busy

Took Murray to the Sargent art gallery today to see the Patillo art awards & the Joanne Paul exhibition. A few friends entered & made me think of entering next time. Such a magnificent space for art with the new extension blending seamlessly with the old gallery. Such a jewel for our community
