He teaches and researches critical approaches for understanding social, cultural political, and ecological dimensions of human movement - including food and nutrition.

Meet one of our authors, Sammi! Samantha King researches and teaches the social dimensions of the body, health, and sport at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario. Her interest in embodiment and consumption as sites of struggle carries through into her recent work on food and nutrition.
