I don't know if it's a form of imposter syndrome or something else. But the best way I can describe how things feel recently is like being very mad at the person I am, vs the person who I thought I could be. I think it's an irrational feeling, but it's still probably a reason i burn out.

So, as a change of pace, I think I'm getting back on the rails a bit. Still gonna keep things a little slow, but im getting into a regimen and treating my body a little better. If i can add being a bit more productivity in, that's the next step
