10.04 Mali A Security Forces checkpoint on the outskirts of Zégoua (border with the Ivory Coast) in the Sikasso area was targeted by JNIM, the attack has been attributed to the Katiba Khalid ibn ben Walid unit. This is apparently a newly mentioned unit becoming active in the area.
