The bottom line is Trump sacrificed 8 American lives (& counting) and more than 1,000 Iranian lives (& counting) for nothing. Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump. Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.

The Senate HELP Committee has jurisdiction over NIH. GOP members of the committee represent AK, AL, IN, FL, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, OH, and SC. Research universities and hospitals in those states need to be extra loud.

Grant pro here. It is way more expansive than even this. Tons of small businesses are subs or subs of subs of federal grants and contacts. The largest grantor of discretionary funds in the nation, by far, is DOT. Grants pay for food, education, health care, cops, crops, utilities improvements, etc.
