Attempt #2 today of Arizona utilities trying to make Arizona ratepayers an experiment in what happens when you give monopoly utilities overly broad securitization authority. Clean energy advocates want securitization! We just want it to be responsible and good for ratepayers -- HB2679 isn't that.
