2026 is the year I get into Ghost in the Shell.

Wake Up Dead Man was really good. I wouldn’t say it’s better than Knives Out, as many have, but definitely my second favorite of the trilogy.

Prometheus…. Huh. I’m gonna have to think about this one. I was certainly entertained.

Spent New Years Eve finishing Stranger Things. Started New Years Day finishing My Hero Academia.

Finished Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. Was not a big fan of the open world and separated dungeons. But at the end of the day, a Metroid Prime game is fun to play.

Guillermo Del Toro’s Frankenstein was a movie I liked, but didn’t love. It’s looks fantastic, and has great moments, but it felt like it took too long to get to kind of a whimper of an ending.

This is my favorite Coheed and Cambria song.

Finished Ninja Gaiden 4. Some minor gripes, but overall, this is exactly what I want for a follow up to NG 1 and 2. A better story would have been awesome, but that’s not why we’re here. 9/10

Watched Alien: Resurrection. An interesting premise and some interesting ideas that mostly results in a run-of-the-mill 90s sci-fi horror movie that feels like a mix of Alien and Aliens but not as good as either. 6/10
