Semi-lazy dinner just went in the oven. Tasty Taco Stuffed Peppers. The salsa is scratch made and preserved in our kitchen. Admittedly there are some canned goods. Rotel and black beans (no sodium added), green chillies, diced jalapeños. Prepackaged shreaded cheese. Link follows.
