If you become disabled, the system will do everything in its power to try and not help you. Disabled people have been telling you this for decades. We can't just get all of our needs met. Most barely get enough to survive. The system is designed to fail us.

If you’re still masking & taking Covid precautions - thank you. If you stopped - it’s not too late to start again. There are people who will help you. If you’re covid cautious & dealing with an infection - it’s not your fault. The system is failing us. By making the effort you protected others.

Found it so hard to get started but I went with the bare minimum trick, started with the physio #exercise I can do in bed, & aimed for a 5min walk. Once I started, it felt good, & I managed to do all the physio prescribed. Starting is the hardest part. 😬 ✅ all physio exercises done ✅ walk done
