After being sick for the last two weeks, and a lingering nasal drip which is causing nightly coughing fits, I showed up and slid into a slow start. Ready to feel 💯 tho.

Wednesday morning body weight exercises. I woke up late. Then I had the fart the whole time so I had to be careful. Butt, I’ve made progress. Haven’t done dips in a long while and I was able to do handstand pushups much more confidently today.

Core day. Not the most intense but definitely more focused. Still made me sweat after a weekend rolling around with a bunch of bears. 🐾

He is still available from what I can tell. I’ve seen several stories about him. He seems like the perfect addition to any family, and I’d already have picked him up if my home weren’t maxed out. Give this sweet boy some attention and let’s get him to his new furever home! 🐾 🧡
