My Utenne's one of my few healers.... she's dead silent throughout with complete concentration on her face. When it all turns out okay she breathes a sigh of relief (not super reassuring) and then sits you down for rest with tea while she continues to assess your vitals for the next hour or two.

Some of my favourite character designs are lalafell that have been tweaked (by mods or by illustration) to resemble small humans more than tiny beans. Not that there's anything wrong with the latter, but it does lend them to feeling more real and less cartoony, to me, personally.
