PBOT crews wrapped up the resurfacing part of the NW 23rd Avenue Pavement Resurfacing Project from , and are now upgrading curb ramps at NW Marshall and Lovejoy streets. Crews recently wrapped up this stretch in front of Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center and the Northeast corner at Lovejoy.
