Spending my 29th birthday in my birthday suit! This year I got out of my comfort zone starting this account and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been part of the movement to normalize nudity for a while and I’m thrilled to have a place to share those adventures openly. Stay naked everyone!

Returned to a very special place: Platja de la Mar Bella in Barcelona. This was the beginning of my naturist journey, my first ever nude beach. I have grown so much in the years since I first came here and it was surreal to come back to the place that started it all!

Making the most of my last day in Denver

Maybe one of the coolest (actually hottest!) places I’ve ever gotten naked. The caves at Indian Hot Springs in Colorado were such a unique way to relax and connect with the natural world.

Nothing beats Blind Creek Beach on a slow, summer afternoon.

This is the best piece of advice for new nudists who are nervous. It’s a big perspective shift, but the ticket to gaining confidence in your body is just getting naked and doing it! The point is to accept yourself as you are *today,* because the moment you feel “confident enough” will never come.

The last half of my 2024 California trip was in San Diego. 9 years before these photos, I paraglided above the beach at Torrey Pines but never got the chance to descend the millions of steps to the bottom. Cypress Cove is one of my favorite nudist resorts to visit! I went paddleboarding there back in 2022. And yes, I know I have a canoe paddle in my hands 😂🛶

Nudity isn’t the great equaliser because “we’re all the same when we’re naked.” It’s the great equaliser because with nothing to hide behind, we get to see just how different we are, and learn that it’s OK that we’re all different.
