Today marks the five-year anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic hitting New York City. Despite adversity, our city showed remarkable resilience. Discover tales of ableism and disability activism in "How to Be Disabled in a Pandemic," a chronicle into the lives reshaped by the crisis.

The revolution will be accessible or it's not much of a revolution. Access is not just about disability access. Access also includes gender neutral bathrooms, sliding scale option, childcare, ending food desserts so folks can have access to nourishing foods, clean air and water, language justice.

There are a lot of important skills sets we will need in the coming months/years, but one of the most important will be generative conflict. As the conditions get worse, we will see more conflict and being able to navigate it well, without loosing each other, will be invaluable.
