I had a dream in which, lacking a motorcycle currently (very sad) i did not take a bicycle, i took a chair to ride down a curvy mountain road. That somehow worked. It just screeched across the asphalt downwards at about 50mph.

Did some babysteps in getting closer to finishing my last 2 drawings of 2025. Started new ones already. Don´t have the energy at the moment to do much drawing, let alone force myself towards what i want and do studies and different things. still sick. There will be art, eventually.

First workout of the year after a month off due to being sick. Went well. Seems i lost no strength tho i didn´t push far in order to ease back in. Not that i´m not still kinda sick but in a new, never before had and non-contagious manner. Tumultous 2026 for me so far, good n bad.

6 in the morning over here in Germany. I just came home riding my mountainbike through freshly fallen snow. Surprisingly grippy... unless the road underneath is smooth shiny granite, as are a few select roads here. Gotta know that, can´t see that of course. Ambulance was on the move. Of course.

Fresh, mostly untouched snow is much more pleasant to ride than wet mud with the occasional puddle. BMX style bars with the pretty long stem of an oldfashioned (2000s) XC MTB make it pretty easy to carry stuff, too. #bikesky #commute

My humble new years resolution is to paint once every week, get under 100kg bodyweight and to a 250kg deadlift What i really want is to paint hours per week and get better in my estimation than i´ve ever been, treating painting as if muscles to train, a 300kg deadlift+ the 1000lbs club and 90kg +
