Sony Pictures Animation has shared some new stills from Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse while also revealing the film will be made in 1:43:1 format. Man, the film is being made in the format and the stills looking so pretty. Man, I can't wait.

StudioCanal has revealed at CinemaCon that in addition to a fourth film, Paddington is getting a brand new animated film. I adore these films so much and I am very curious to see what an animated version of this would be like. Either way, cannot wait!

I'm really glad so many creatives in Hollywood are standing up to this merger of Warner Bros and Paramount because it genuinely is something that will be damaging to creatives and jobs. I hope this merger crashes because it is terrifying and not something that should happen.

Man, I really feel even worse for The Legend of Aang team than before with the film unfairly being pulled from theaters for Paramount+ (still a terrible decision) and now it's gotten leaked. I feel terrible. Also, please do not share any leaks for the crew's sake. It's not cool.

I'm still baffled Skydance Animation is still doing this stupid gimmick of crediting Lasseter as the "creative visionary of Toy Story" to sell their films after it failed to sell the last two films and knowing it's just obnoxious. Also, it doesn't make the film look any better.

Bong Joon Ho has revealed the first look at his animated film Ally which will be released next year. The film follows a squid who dreams of becoming the star of a wildlife documentary, but whose world falls into danger after an airplane crash. Needless to say, I'm hyped!

Here's some concept art from Moana by Lisa Keane. This film still has some of the most gorgeously animated water I've seen in a film and it still shines nearly ten years later. Great stuff.
