I'm not going to claim that Animate was the best animation tool out there—it's been on life support for years—but discontinuing it with only a month's notice and a limited time to export files to a format other softwares don't recognize isn't great, and will basically upend TV animation in the US.

Yeah it was a struggle until I gave up, skipped the mob fight, beat Angelic Amber in one shot, and then just came back later to clear the room with ease and collect treasure. But hey! I beat the rest of Toy Box and touched down in Kingdom of Corona, where I'll be continuing from next time I play!

Aaaand we're done! I know it doesn't look like much, but I've set up gradient maps for everyone, meaning I can now shade freely and not have to worry about pesky things like matching shades. The specific maps will all need some adjusting, especially poor Ember with her 5 o'clock shadow, but still!

I wish I could display my using Maya on Discord so people can't tell when I'm secretly also playing a game at the same time. Unfortunately the custom option lists the entire file structure leading up to the scene file I'm using in the header so that's out.
