Russians abroad rarely protest the war. Even in free societies, their passivity contrasts with Ukrainians, Syrians, Iranians, Belarusians — showing that the vast majority of russians are passive enablers (or in some cases actively supporting russia).
That silence lets Moscow claim global support.
