Went to my first TFNation at the weekend. Enormous fun, but also wonderful to see such a wide ranging bunch of people all having a great time.

Incredible. Mathematically, any optimiser will always revert to local maxima, either valid or imaginary; and the thing about names - like many creative decisions - is there are reasons for one choice being better than another but they are very subtle. Sadly “being used a lot” doesn’t capture it

We can complain about ID as much as we like - we should, it's irritating & dangerous. But the real problem is that you'll never stop a teenager accessing porn if that's what they want to do. So we need to equip them to understand what they're seeing when they do eventually encounter it.
