After my colleagues voted to give DHS more funding, DHS agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis. DHS is the single greatest threat to our communities. We must defund it and hold the fascist perpetrating violence accountable. 1/2

I understand I’m not a constituent of either Hakeem Jeffries or Chuck Schumer’s districts but if they are effectively going to be the managers of my elected officials, there should be a formal process for me to inquire/voice my dismay with how they approach their whip roles.
