Dissecting every word, spending 15 mins on Andrew Neil's opinion about it, desperately trying to find any morsel they can use against Starmer, who made an error & apologised. Meanwhile the Middle East burns & a mad man runs the US.

Cancel the April state visit to the US. A state visit from our King should not be given to someone who repeatedly insults our country.

What a farce... Normal people knew this was absolute garbage at the time, but nevertheless, the media rammed it down our throats. Now, as the Middle East is literally on fire, why aren't the media and decent politicians calling out Trump and those that ran with it?

No one with a shred of decency likes bullies. Those same people admire those who stand up to a bully. So whatever your politics, if you are British, we have a PM to be proud of today. He stood up to a bully when it counted and said no.

Trump previously insulted & belittled our armed services. Many died & were injured aiding the US. Today he insulted not just our PM but all the UK. The people of the US are our friends, but make no mistake we will not forget these insults from your elected President. You have a madman in charge.

Starmer is not Winston Churchill, the orange turd insinuates. Trump, the President that makes tricky Dickie Nixon, look like the pope. By the way, Churchill would have called Trump out for what he is, another fascist to defeat.

Starmer is playing an absolute blinder during this crisis. He's making all the other Party leaders, look silly & totally incapable of leading a country in any way. Starmer isn't perfect, but be glad its him trying to steer us through this international minefield & not any of these other wannabes.

After all the over hyped up drama of one little by-election, we now have the frightening events unfolding in the middle east. I am thankful Starmer is our PM. Ask yourself, whatever your political beliefs, would you rather have Farage deciding on the safety of your children & loved ones today?

Its been shown time & time again that the only way to have any real success for the UK is when we govern from near the centre. It’s the only way to get elected too. Yet the media & those who should know better, still campaign & focus on the extremes. Brexit, Farage, Johnson, Corbyn… we never learn.

So its the media attacking Starmer day again. Not attacking Farage for not winning, when they were supposed to be runaway certainties at one time. Not scrutinising this new Green party surge. Lab are in power with a huge majority for at another 3 years+ & Reform & Greens have just a handful of MPs.

Well done Greens. I was hoping for a Lab win, but I'm not unhappy with the result. A Reform defeat is always good. Greens are not for me, Lab are not totally ideal for me either, but I wish they would be friendlier to each other. They've a common Reform/Tory enemy & possibly will need each other.

I remember when the news media reported politics with fact and just a tiny bit of speculation. Now, they all report politics with total speculation, gossip, hearsay, wishful thinking and bias. Very little fact at all. The BBC should certainly be better than that. Yesterday was shameful.

I'm 70 too and completely agree, I've never known anything like it and of course it eventually has an effect. YouGov poll today saying 82% don't trust the media, maybe journalists should be asking why.

In my 70 odd years on the planet, over 50 of which I’ve taken varying degrees of interest in those tasked with running the country, I’ve never seen such biased reporting, across all mediums, as we’ve had since Labour, well Starmer, set foot in no 10. The media commenting this morning about how Starmers cabinet & colleagues rallied around to defend him yesterday. Yet the onslaught against him, the people who they had to defend him from, were in fact the media themselves. We watched the media actively & openly trying to bring down an elected PM.

Starmer is basically a polite man, which is a quality, but I’d like to see him get a bit angry with the political press and media at times. Take them on, challenge their bias. What’s he got to lose? I think the public would love it. They are far more unpopular than the politicians from what I see.

Since the GE I have been defending Lab, saying they are so much better than the Tories. However, when I see Lab MPs calling for Starmer to resign, I question whether they are any better than the Tories. Simply, swapping PM's, like the Tory fiascos of recent years does us the people, no good at all.

It might seem trivial, but when BBC news says: "Starmer under pressure re Peter Mandelson appointment". Rather than saying: "Keir Starmer under pressure re Mandelson appointment". I think you get the idea of the media bias against the PM and their role in trying to bring him down.

Interest rates down, inflation down, wages up, gilts rates down, highest employment rise. FTSE at all time high, productivity rising, immigration halved, hospital waiting lists falling, appointments up, nhs investment at a high. Why risk all this and for who? Mad!

Unnamed sources within the BBC are allegedly telling me this morning that the resignation of weasel political editor Chris Mason is imminent. Close allies of Mr Mason allegedly say they recognise that nobody in politics or indeed the wider world, believes anything the snivelling little creep utters.

Now this is a reason to oust a leader of a country, unlike the pathetic fiasco in the UK over Keir Starmer. In the UK, the media and a certain portion of the electorate want to install Farage, who is no more than a pound shop version of Trump. These two men are vile racists. Starmer is not.

What would shut the media up is Labour MP's coming out in full support of the man who took them from the worst election defeat in living memory to number 10 in just a years. Labour MP's should be constantly talking and posting (some do) about Labour's achievements in under 2 years, fight back fgs.

The media & the Tory/Reform morons, couldn't care less about Epsteins victims, nor Mandelson really. Its just another opportunity to try & oust Starmer. Whatever he's done to upset them, he deserves praise not condemnation. As for Lab MPs calling for his head, send them in to obscurity with Corbyn.

The concerted media campaign to disable Starmer, especially the role played by the captured @BBC, is appalling and an attempt to undermine what’s left of Britain’s democracy, especially seen in the context of the free ride they’ve given to traitorous Farage and Johnson.

All this Starmer drama reminds me so much of 2010 and Gordon Brown. Another good man and a great PM, but deemed boring, brought down because the media and the gullible public wanted a toff like Cameron and a smoothy creep like Clegg instead. That worked out well didn’t it…

I’m normally quite favourable to Ed Davey despite his part in the Tory coalition, but hearing him trying to make political gain today, by associating Keir Starmer with the victims of Epstein and co is shameful. He had as much to do with that as you Ed Davey. I thought you were better than that.

Well, I like to be different. I like to go against the flow and to not be influenced by what social media tells us is so. I predict Starmer will remain as PM, the country will soon start booming and Labour will win the 2029 GE. If I'm wrong... then I'll be wrong, nothing more.
