#Myanmar received a trade mission from #Belarus, and now #Russia as sanctioned states seek new markets. The problem for Belarus and Russia is the high likelihood of any investments in Myanmar becoming active combat zones. More likely is barter trade of critical minerals for fuel and weapons.

1/ Myanmar/Russia: Though nothing tends to come of these signings, seems worth noting... Memorandum is on "investment cooperation in a special economic zone in Dawei, including construction of a port and an oil refinery" per Russia's Ministry of Economic Development.

Drone footage from the Burmese Junta shows the Resistance-aligned Arakan Army taking up positions around Nyaung Ko Village, 15km from the Directorate of Defence Industries Factory complex #9, a significant ammo factory for Junta troops across the country.

Photos of captured ammo show that ammo manufactured as recently as last month is already appearing on the battlefield. The capture, destruction or disruption of Junta ammo factories would have major, nationwide ramifications almost immediately.

Following the collapse of TNLA and SAC talks in Burma, the resistance group has restarted their offensive on the major artillery command in Taung Hkam. Sit-Tat strike footage shows that they have already reached Manmaw village and isolated the two garrisons in the command.

Myanmar: Leadership from junta-aligned NSCN-K(Ang Mai) tells CNI that they've sent KIA a letter requesting they "do not interfere" with Naga areas, but haven't heard back or otherwise communicated.

Myanmar/Thailand: "The current crackdown won't have a significant impact on these syndicates because it is targeting low-level employees instead of the bigwigs behind these crime groups. Without a change in focus, these groups will surely proliferate again..."
