The family also criticized Maxwell’s transfer from a low-security prison in Florida to a minimum-security facility in Texas, interpreting it as a disturbing signal that those convicted of child sex trafficking might receive leniency rather than punishment. According to the transcript of her DOJ interview released on Friday, Maxwell claimed that she has no knowledge of any so‑called "client list" implicating prominent figures in wrongdoing. She told Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, “There is no list. I’m not aware of any blackmail. I never heard that.
