In MD, a worker smelled gas and tried to alert BGE. His calls went unanswered & minutes later, the home blew up. The same type of issue was also behind a 2019 explosion. BGE promised to fix it by the end of 2023. But new details reveal 440 of these dangerous trenches are still unrepaired.

This is really short sighted. The familiar Energy Star program saves consumers $40 bil every year by providing information about energy efficiency on home appliances. Its cost is just $32 mil. Trump plans to end it.
