It's a braw day for a groundhop trip. Arbroath Vics v Sauchie at Ogilvie Park #267 I'm always intrigued by football grounds you can drive your car into.

Just got off the train in Arbroath and encountered a heron.

Went to a gig tonight. Two guys beside us talked all the way through the support act. When they were finished one of the guys disappears - I assumed to go to the bar or toilet... But no - he'd gone to the merch stall to buy a t-shirt from the band he'd spent the last half hour talking over.

Saw EMF live for the first time tonight. Thought they were excellent - entertaining, energetic, engaging, potty-mouthed and loads of good songs. A good reminder of what a great album Schubert Dip is.

I really hope this book by @hernebooks.bsky.social sells well in the run up to the festive period. We need more people, especially young people, engaging with the women's game. On a personal note, happy to have contributed to the Aberdeen pages of the book.

This is very good. We do need a sensible Conservative Party, but it's hard to see where they are going to find a sensible leader from their current crop.
