The process I used to share my ASD F84.0 dx with boss was this: I told a coworker in my division, but not in my unit, to test the waters. Then someone in my unit I don't interact with really. Then two more. Then (SCARY) someone in my office suite. Then another. Partitioning the knowledge worked.
