I think people should make an effort to sincerely tell people who improve their life what they mean to them. Have a boss that really supported you? Tell them that repeatedly. Have a best friend who you love? Tell them in detail how you appreciate them. Love an artist? Tell them why. Life is hard. 🏴‍☠️

Got the costco l frozen chicken bake pack and like it's good but my issue with a chicken bake continues to be that it feels like a "snack" even when I'm eaten so much, but still I will eat another meal

Working out only twice a week rn but rly feel like it's a habit now
