alma-chan wa kazoku ni naritai alma-chan wants to have a family perfectly serviceable comedy set up, pulled down by being barely animated. Not the first time an anime hasn't worked for me because the comedy is too 'talky', but comedy is the most ymmv genre.

The Classless Hero: I Didn't need skills anyway Mushoku Eiyuu I can't believe it's not isekai with an incredibly bland main character who is going to be the most OP guy around even though he doesn't have a class; which makes that worldbuilding meaningless in addition to being trite.

cat's ❤️ eye 2025 80s anime remake; definitely 80s sensibilities. If the thefts being very easy to pick apart is going to make you crazy, I'd stay clear. But it's campy so I'm willing to give it a go.

bukiyou na senpai awkward sempai I liked the concept; but was being bothered by things like the hair colouring and the utter lack of animation. On a whim tried the manga and the first chapter of the manga BLEW this out of the water so if this anime sounds good to you, read it instead.

let's play: quest darake no My Life Nothing like a romcom anime that never makes you laugh, and the main romantic tension scene of the episode makes you horribly uncomfortable. At least it's about adults though? (I'm not familiar with the source webtoon)

yano-kun no futsuu no hibi Yano-kun's ordinary days Another really good episode; this season starting off strong! I liked the character designs and their personalities already feel fleshed. Worried the gag might wear thin especially since I already wasn't laughing. But this anime was very sweet.

towa no yuugure dusk beyond the end of the world Excellent first episode, engaging world building. A lot of groups with varying technology levels is very interesting to me, the animation and fights were excellent. Shame about that last line of dialogue...
