spiritual texts are male dominated and therefore miss a whole lot of subtleties. What's worse is when women achieve high positions they tend to continue to parrot men rather than trust inherent differences in connectedness and union. A problem with all non-matriarchal societies.

Joel Marcus, MD prescribed the drugs that harmed me. Many lives have been harmed by psychiatry. Too many have been abused, sickened, disabled (died too) by and no one takes responsibility while most of society refuses to acknowledge it’s happening.

My experience has shown that trauma is carried via the microbiome into the DNA.... we inherit much of our microbiome and pick it up as we live, both. The microbiome is, in essence, our conciousness. As such, it is a dynamic stew of micro organisms.

the last thing to come when one is healing from trauma is a thick skin...it does, finally come, however. it does. really it's not thick at all. it's porous and everything becomes clear and thus it's easier to move around the chaos and muck. clarity doesn't get rid of the muck!

If the will was there to spend time people we wouldn’t need to use neurotoxic psych meds except very rarely short term in crisis. what we do now is poison people longterm because it’s easier for society…our public policies as such are eugenic in nature.

There is the egoic will and there is the common will. The egoic will is in alignment with capitalism and white supremacy. The common will is the will of life. It is best to leave the egoic will behind and seek the common will. This is true alignment.
