Last night, I had the privilege of celebrating Passover with incredible friends. The story is one of the Jewish people’s liberation from slavery and a reminder of how much this community has endured.

This Administration and the cowards in Congress know they have lost the support of the American people. Instead of stopping the harm they are trying to prevent American citizens registered to vote from actually voting.

The American Dream that I got to live growing up in the Hudson Valley feels too far away for families today. That’s not acceptable. It’s time to bring it back.

Yesterday, I joined thousands of people in Yorktown to stand alongside the family and friends of Sheridan Gorman and honor her life and its impact on our community. Sheridan was killed in the prime of her life.

Today, on National Vietnam War Veterans Day, we honor the men and women who served our country during a pivotal moment in our history.

We are the cavalry – proud to stand with so many patriots in Tarrytown and Nyack today at No Kings fighting for our country and what America stands for.
