I keep having these heart/chest twinges that would feel better with my aspirin and metoprolol But I haven't gone to get new prescriptions cuz all my cardiologist does is fat shame me. But I feel like such crap rn that maybe I should just endure the scolding. I just want my heart meds.

I actually survived and we've been discussing me eventually not needing therapy. Idk about that. That scares me, I've been in therapy over 20 years. But we'll see.

Applying for disability is so dehumanizing. You have to jump thru all these hoops to prove your disability only for them to say, nope. It's humiliating having to explain my day to day life to a complete stranger. How the pain is so bad sometimes...

So. I got my #disability denial letter explaining why. They acknowledged I do have "moderate limitations", but I'm not disabled enough to qualify. And that I 'allege' pain but that records don't show edema or fractures. As if pain can be seen under a microscope. Hate the US. Hate ableism.
