Oh yeah. Therapy update. I have discovered that I have dyslexia but for numbers. It's called dyscalculia. Apparently it affects a lot of people with adhd. It basically just means I can't do math in my head and I have a hard time processing numbers and stuff.

Was scared to watch I Saw the TV Glow because the directors last movie left me an emotional wreck. That being said. There were a few times I teared up. I think part of why I could handle it better is because, unlike the character in the movie I came out as trans at a very early age

Feeling a bit better after my doctor's visit. He got me scheduled earlier with a therapist who specializes in Cbt for trauma patients. Also adjusted my meds and I think that helped.
