MEDem has officially been included on the ESFRI Roadmap 2026, one of six research infrastructures added in this update and the only new one in Social Sciences & Humanities. To do this, we focus on Switzerland and analyze 28 years (1995-2023) of post-election survey data from SELECTS (@forsresearch.bsky.social). Here, we use a unique set of questions where non-voters have repeatedly been asked why they decided to abstain from the polls.
