So I've had to stop training altogether due to fatigue which is difficult tbh however the retatrutide does seem to be working as my love handles have shrank quite significantly and I only had my first jab on Saturday so that's good news thankfully 🪿

Great they won't allow me the testogel the doctor decided he wouldn't be comfortable with giving me it. So much "my body my rules". This year doctors have been absolute arseholes to me and I'm sick to the back teeth with them. Who the hell are they to tell me what I can do with my body autonomy 😡
