My favorite SLC Christmas Tradition!

The shuttered businesses on the shopping center at 1300S and State St — the former home to Shanghai Cafe, House of Tibet and Korea House The plans for this 3+ acre parcel is — you guessed it — a housing development dubbed “Lincoln Village” which encompasses 95 townhomes and 42 apartments (for rent)

A collage a half-year in the making! Spotted this Salt Lake City house back in June (!!) with their dormant “Happy Holidays” sign — had to return in December to see it all lit up!

My hobby is now taking videos exclusively of Costco parking lots.

What a city block development looks like… This is the 5.5 acre Market Center site in South Salt Lake — the first push in creating a revitalized downtown for the southern suburb. About 500 units of housing — across four total buildings — is planned for this space (alongside plazas and green space)!

Who would have thought that spearheading a signature gathering drive for an unpopular measure during winter holiday months would be a bad idea?!? The Utah Legislature folks… Also, unsurprising that St George is blood red with one of the highest percentages…
