Completed two new piano pieces today, concluding an 18 month project of short piano works to accompany spoken word poems by a female Scottish poet. Some were already heard in Edinburgh last year, in a walled garden. It has been a joy to work on these!

Finally cleared all the boxes in front of the monumental marble fireplace in my studio,so K9 can warm himself by the neon. The Marble Index Studio was named with the help of Jon Savage , inspired by said fireplace.

Well - this afternoon I completed the recording of my new studio album! It is entitled "From Cobalt to Aquamarine" and was recorded entirely at my new Liverpool studio,The Marble Index. Hopefully it will be released on CD/Digital in the next few months. Snippets coming soon!
