I’ve flown for six hours, didn’t get back home until 3am (4am for me), had about an hour and a half of sleep and run 16 miles. Fuck it, I’m having a bath before 11am.

I admit, I sniggered.

There’s always a moment after sending someone eight messages in a row when you consider if you’re annoying or not.

Me: Got chased my a pack of wild dogs while out running again this morning. Partner: Why don’t you use the hotel gym? Me: I don’t where it is. Partner: You could ask someone. … *walks away resigned to being chased by dogs again

I’m sure a very many of you will be pleased about this.

There’s not a single bit of this that isn’t brilliant.

Look, the anxiety is still there even though I’m not going to be there myself. It’s a great night, will vibe even better if you get some tickets.

Thank you for all your words of encouragement and support. 01:29:32 for the half marathon. I ache but I’m really pleased, I did not think I could do anything close to that. 12 weeks until the full marathon.
