i dunno but i think it's weird when people who are not and have never been fat make jokes about the cultural ubiquity of weight loss drugs i know you think you don't hate fat people and you're punching up or being helpful but *whispers* i don't trust that you don't also kinda hate fat people

when i was a kid i was an elf/helper giving toys to the smaller kids after they saw santa. one girl asked for a barbie, so i gave her a wrapped box that was plausibly barbie shaped. it was in fact a barbie but instead of thanks or praise i got yelled at by the mom and this is how i became the grinch

i guess people are talking about if the NYC subway is scary and i'll chime in on this one. sometimes people in the car with you are talking or sleepy or annoying. sometimes people even sing at you! i don’t care for the singing. but the subway is not scary. what it is is not very accessible

i just saw a trailer for a movie, like ostensibly a REAL movie released in theaters in 2009, and in the trailer there were three consecutive shots with the boom mic visible in the frame and i feel like im going crazy
