In Juneau it is a real winter! The dump of 40” of snow since Christmas has everyone shoveling and grumbling.

This is the coldest Dec 1-26 period in Juneau, AK, in 70 years and the 2nd coldest overall. The party is almost over though. A significant warmup (with rain) is about to occur.
