Even IF being disabled was like being on vacation (it’s not)… you know what’s special about vacation? It’s a novelty. You do something different for a few weeks and then it ends. Disability and chronic illness is relentless. It never ends. You never get a break. The monotony is unbearable.

Very much the same here before my disabilities got worse, I loved being able to go to work, be productive, socialise etc. Now 99% of my time is just wake up -> do stuff around the home that I can do -> try not to let myself stress about what I can't do -> go to bed

I hate ranch. I’m from Wisconsin. People are passionate about ranch here, it has created heated arguments in the past.
