DHS is accusing American citizens of crimes they didn't commit in order to arrest them. You can see in this social media post by Homeland Security and then a video posted by a person who filmed the entire encounter which tells a completely different picture.

You can tell Trump is extremely nervous about losing the propaganda war in Minnesota, which is all that really matters to him. He opens with a rhetorical question about “the people of Minnesota,” not just the communist scum or whatever. He knows regular people hate what’s happening in the state.
