I actually drew this about a month ago but I didn't post it because I wasn't satisfied with how it turned out. But I figure you guys would still be down to see it so here's How Liv and Brie met.

Sometimes when I go on my walks I stare up at the sky. Despite how suffocated I feel the sky always feels just as vast and blue as usual. Such a complex feeling...

Keiichi Arawi is an all-timer cartoonist, but episodes like #09 show CITY's team (including himself!) attempting to best him. The magnetizing effect of consecutive spreads becomes one (almost) single cut that draws you in just as much, even more packed with chaotic energy than it was before. Insane

It's been a while since I posted Liv and Brie but rest assured I have been drawing them a whole bunch. Mostly just trying to nail down designs, personalities and dynamics. Honestly something feels wrong about drawing Liv's other eye.

I'm so very exhausted. It's just nonstop.

Recently it has come to my attention that one of my good online friends has passed away. When I didn't hear from him for a few months I was too afraid to google his name for fear of what I might find. He passed away back in May, which feels far too long. I'm going to miss you terribly Lyonn.

For those of you artists who are WAY into fighting games I gotta ask. Do you ever just...imagine movesets for your characters? Like even if they're not action oriented. Cuz I can't NOT do it with every character I make.

Man, I don't normally like to complain but the anxiety I get just signing into social media or turning on a computer has been intense. I've really been losing the strength to keep pushing forward.

Liv & Brie "Smoking"

I eat the crust first every time. Pizza, sandwiches. I basically always chew around the edge of something before actually eating the rest.

Liv actually worked in restaurants and can do some good, albiet simple recipes. Brie however was usually to busy for work and just orders takeout or doordashes for food mostly. She's a fiend for chinese food.

Brie likes wine, Liv loves beer. They both love cheese. Brie is high pitched and squeaky. Liv has a deeper slightly scratchy voice.

It's-a my birthday!

Liv's parents don't really talk with her anymore. She hasn't even told them she currently has a girlfriend, among other things. Brie's parents thought she was dating Liv to "make a statement" at first but after getting to know her they started to fawn over her as much as Brie does.

Brie likes those fancy cheddar cheese cubes you find at parties. Liv would eat week old Gorgonzola so long as it's cheese.

The text was just my approximation of their names in Katakana. They're girlfriends!

Liv is not Trans, but she hangs out with people who are trans and is very supportive. Brie is the kinda girl who'll buy new tea flavors everytime she's out just to see if they taste good. So yeah, girl LOVES her tea.

Brie loves cheesy pop songs like Taylor Swift, Katie Perry and Miley Cyrus. Brie loves to belt out loud somber choruses or power ballads.

Brie will usually sit in front of a fan or stick her head out the window if she's in a car. Liv will take off as many clothes as is socially allowed. At home she basically just walks around naked.

While I can agree, I cannot fight my desire to see comics move. Even if I prefer the comic version, more versions of this thing I like is rarely a negative, especially when it's an animation, my favorite medium.
